After an assessment, you are assigned a level (1 to 8), with lower levels providing basic assistance for everyday tasks and higher levels offering more comprehensive, ongoing support for complex care needs. Register
Start by signing up with My Aged Care and completing your initial screening.
Assessment
Aged Care will arrange an assessment to understand your needs and the level of support required.
Support Plan
Together with the assessor, you will develop a personalised plan that suits your lifestyle and goals.
Notification
You’ll receive your Notice of Decision and be added to the Priority System waiting list.
Choose Aman
Once funding is approved, select Aman Care Support at Home as your trusted provider.
Confirm Costs
Aman will review your referral and confirm your funding details for a clear understanding of costs.
Income Assessment
You’ll complete a simple financial check to determine any applicable contributions.
Agreement
We’ll finalise your service plan, care details and budget together before starting.
