Joining Aman Aged Care is a simple and supportive process. We are here to guide you every step of the way to ensure a smooth transition for you or your loved one.

Step 1: Get in Touch

Call or visit us to discuss our services, accommodation options, and fees.

Step 2: Assessment and Eligibility

An Aged Care Assessment (ACAT/ACAS) is required to determine the level of care needed. If not yet completed, we can assist in arranging one through My Aged Care.

Step 3: Facility Tour

Families are encouraged to visit our facility, meet our team, and explore the environment to ensure it is the right fit.

Step 4: Application and Documentation

Submission of necessary documents, including the ACAT/ACAS report, medical history, and any financial assessments.

Step 5: Placement Offer

If a suitable room is available, an offer will be made, and arrangements for moving in will be finalized.

Step 6: Transition and
Settling In

Our team ensures a smooth transition, making sure residents feel at home from day one.
